Trystan Sampilo

Trystan is a licensed mental health counseling associate (LMHCA) in Washington state who provides individual in-person and telehealth counseling services to various diverse populations.
 

Trystan gained counseling experience during his internship at Eastern Washington University’s counseling center. During this time, he received training in various therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Compassion Focused Therapy, and attachment-based work.
 

Trystan is passionate about helping others achieve the best version of themselves and enjoys making meaningful connections with his clients to help facilitate this process. Trystan enjoys working with individuals who are dedicated to self-improvement and are seeking to construct meaning within their lives. Trystan utilizes an eclectic counseling approach informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, existentialism, and Compassion Focused Therapy with his most recent interest being in psychedelic-assisted therapy.
