About Jaime:
Jaime Sparber is an LMHC and SUDP in Washington state and an LCPC in Idaho. She currently provides telehealth (Washington and Idaho) and in-person sessions at our Spokane Valley office. Jaime is also our Director of KAP (ketamine assisted psychotherapy) Development.

Jaime believes that counseling is a journey that we travel together. The first step is to define where you want to go- discover the reasons why you want to meet for counseling, identifying your strengths, and looking at what's working well in your life. Her goal is to work herself out of a job as you gain the skills and tools that you can use in the present and future to have the life that you desire.

Jaime provides services to adults, adolescents, and couples. She integrates a number of different therapeutic styles and modalities depending on what the client is experiencing. Some of the therapy interventions utilized include psychodynamic therapy, CBT+, CETA, Mindfulness, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. She is client-centered, trauma-informed, and strength-based. Jaime is trained in ketamine assisted psychotherapy and offers this as a service line and support to her clients. She also provides services for those suffering from substance abuse.
